Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery costs £3.95 and is free on orders of £45 or more.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days from dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

We ship from our partner warehouse abroad, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a next-day courier. We tell you this upfront rather than surprise you later.

If your parcel has not arrived 12 working days after dispatch, email us at info@barkstead.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Returns and your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and we do not make it complicated.

How to return

  1. Email info@barkstead.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and that you want to return it. You can use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
  2. We reply with the return address within 1 working day.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Return postage is paid by you.

We refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you showing us proof of postage, whichever is earlier), to the payment method you used.

You may open the packaging and inspect the item as you would in a shop. If an item comes back used, washed or damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with a photo within 30 days. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.
