Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not deliver to BFPO addresses or outside the UK at this time.

Cost

Standard tracked delivery costs £3.95. Delivery is free on orders of £45 or more.

Times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery takes 6 to 10 working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

We ship from our partner warehouse abroad, which is why delivery takes longer than a next-day courier. We say this on every product page rather than surprise you later. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs charges to pay on delivery.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 15 working days after dispatch, email info@barkstead.com with your order number. We send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Wrong address

If you gave us an incomplete or wrong address and the parcel comes back to us, we contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.

Returns

Please do not send returns to our registered address. Email us first and we give you the correct UK return address. Full details are in our Refund policy.
